Axient Wins U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) G-3 Support Services Contract

Axient has been awarded a prime contract delivering technical expertise and mission-focused services to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) G-3. The G-3 serves as the principal Army staff office to focus on process improvement to decrease soldier burden, improve operational availability, reduce logistics footprint, enhance safety, decrease lifecycle costs, and enable expeditionary aviation forces. The AMCOM G-3 synchronizes and integrates AMCOM core competencies in support of the U.S. Army aviation and missile materiel and operational readiness. Axient looks forward to furthering the G-3’s mission with its sustainment engineering, systems engineering, data analysis, gap analysis, and risk mitigation services on this contract.

This contract will specifically deliver Axient’s technical expertise to the AMCOM customer in the areas of: reliability centered maintenance (RCM), prognostic/predictive maintenance, sustainment analysis program/project management, policy, automation systems, Army Working Capital Fund investment, corrosion control, care of supplies in storage, corrosion coatings, nondestructive testing, reliability, availability and maintainability, item unique identification, and the Army Maintenance Management System – Aviation and Maintenance Consolidated Database System.
