Axient Welcomes Matthew Edwards, Navy Business Unit Vice President, President of SEG

Axient is excited to announce appointment of the new Vice President of our Navy Business Unit and President of Axient’s subsidiary, SEG: Mr. Matthew Edwards. Matt joins us as a senior leader with extensive experience within the defense and intelligence communities. He has spent over 20 years advancing technology research and development activities for major defense and acquisition programs. His previous work includes leading companies in the exceptional delivery of products, services, and solutions to various federal government customers, to include Naval Sea Systems Command Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and for the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). Matt will leverage his technical expertise and customer relationships to advance our customer missions and accelerate possible.
