OASIS & OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services that span many areas of expertise and mission spaces; span multiple professional service disciplines; allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level. The Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program is a group of multiple award BPAs leveraging commercial processes and innovative enhancements established within the “evergreen” aspects of the GSA schedules program offer professional and highly technical advisory and assistance services to Team Redstone. Axient has access to all four domains (Business and Analytical, Logistics, Programmatic, and Technical) through both Prime Contract awards or strategic corporate relationships.
The TEAMS Next contract is a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to acquire professional services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). These requirements typically necessitate the integration of several professional service disciplines such as program management; management consulting; engineering; scientific; environmental; advertising and marketing; human resources; and financial management.
The SeaPort-NxG contract is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
OTAs are used by the DoD for obtaining or advancing research and development (R&D) or other prototypes. OTAs give DoD the flexibility necessary to adopt and incorporate business practices that reflect commercial industry standards and best practices.

In addition, AFRL’s Small Satellite Portfolio offers in-house expertise for your testing needs, including assembly, integration, and environmental test execution. We offer access to high-end test equipment for a reasonable cost, reliable environmental stress screening before launch integration, specialized tools and hardware for components and fully integrated spacecraft, trained personnel and operators dedicated onsite, and government-owned equipment, scheduled and operated by vested contractors.
