The Axient Women of the Wallops Flight Facility Range Operations Contract

As the Range Operations Contract (ROC) Maintenance Manager, Tori has oversight over Operation’s maintenance activities for more than 200 systems that ROC operates and maintains for Wallop’s Range and Mission Management Office. This includes detailed planning and day to day on site management of maintenance deployments to remote stations, such as NASA’s Cooper’s Island (Bermuda) tracking station and Poker Flat Research Range in Alaska. Karen has filled various engineering roles over nearly two decades at Wallops. She is currently serving as a technical advisor to other ROC Engineering Project Managers. Regina manages engineering projects in four areas critical to Wallop’s launch range operations: RF Communications, Command, Timing and NASA Communications. Projects range from minor upgrades due to obsolescence issues to full scale system replacements.
