Take a midday break: instead of just eating lunch at your desk while you work, also take a walk around the office or get outside for a few minutes. Taking a break from the computer screen and moving your body can help relieve stress and reset your focus.
Try starting your day with something creative: try writing in a gratitude journal, listening to some music, following a guided meditation or visualization exercise, or reading a poem.
Connect with your peers: check in with a friend, compliment a stranger, or give a co-worker a shout-out during a meeting.
