AFCEA Cycling for STEM Event Attended by Axcelerators in Action

Participants smile at the AFCEA Cycling for STEM event

What do you call a bike that loves learning? A uni-cycle! While no one was riding a unicycle last week at the AFCEA Cycling for STEM event, we do love learning and supporting education whenever we can! On July 16, Axient sponsored and had several employees participate in the third annual cycling event hosted by AFCEA-Los Angeles. The 32-mile bike ride was along the scenic California coast, starting in Redondo Beach, continuing along the Marvin Braude Beach Path and onto the Ballona Creek Path. All proceeds go toward AFCEA-LA’s STEM education program, which funds STEM scholarships to military personnel and families, in addition to STEM events at local schools. We look forward to one day working alongside the next generation of STEM students who love learning as much as we do!
