Axient Receives $94.5 Million Award to Provide Engineering and Technical Expertise to U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Command

El Segundo, CA (May 1, 2022) – Axient was awarded the Technical and Engineering Support (STS-3) task order to deliver services to the Space Systems Integration Office of Space Systems Command (SSC). The $94.5 million, five year contract, is a new prime task order to Axient.

Axient will provide engineering and technical assistance to develop, deliver, and integrate the space enterprise in partnership with mission stakeholders, to support a multi-domain, contested fight. The services on the STS-3 Space Systems Integration Office contract enable collaborative innovation, analysis, technology, intelligence, cybersecurity, and investment baseline planning and integration while developing U.S Space Force digital models to be shared across international, DoD, industry, and other partners.

Work will be primarily performed at Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, California; Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado; and at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colorado.
