Learn MoreMrs. Kristin Estok is the Vice President of Business Development Operations for Axient. Mrs. Estok oversees Axient’s business development processes, procedures, tools, and proposal resources, and works closely with the Chief Growth Officer to define and implement strategic and tactical growth goals.
Mrs. Estok joined Millennium Engineering and Integration Company, where she began her career in 2009. She held several business development and proposal management and director roles in her career at Millennium, which was then acquired by and merged into QuantiTech and rebranded as Axient. Mrs. Estok then became Executive Director of Proposal Operations at Axient where she led the Corporate Proposal Center and collaborated with the company segments to develop compelling proposals across the enterprise. During her career, she has provided proposal and business development leadership to a company that has grown from 250 employees to over 2,000 employees and managed a multi-billion-dollar company pipeline.
Mrs. Estok earned a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
