Axient Appoints New Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management

Ms. Pam Peterson is Axient’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management. Ms. Peterson started with Axient in 2016 as Director of Human Resources and has over 25 years’ experience in HR, business operations, ethics, strategic and workforce planning, leadership development, cultural engagement, and training programs. In June 2023, she assumed leadership responsibility of the Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Learning Management organizations within Axient. She has also served as Board President for Axient’s non-profit, Axient in Action.

Prior to Axient, Ms. Peterson was President and Sr. Human Resources Consultant at STAR HR & Business Solutions, providing all levels of human resources support to clients, ranging in size from small start-up to established companies. She tailored solutions and support to meet her clients’ organizational goals and initiatives, including international support. Prior to STAR HR, she served in various leadership roles in Huntsville, AL, to include Davidson Technologies, Inc. as their Senior Ethics Officer; Vice President, Human Resources; and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Peterson obtained her B.B.A. in Human Resources Management and B.S. in Psychology from Athens State University.
