Axient Appoints New Chief Growth Officer

Axient has named Mr. Jerry Boegler as its new Chief Growth Officer. Mr. Boegler will oversee business growth across the company’s portfolio, working with each business segment to execute strategic and tactical growth goals. He will be responsible for strategy development, M&A advisement and analysis, and Axient’s business development, capture, proposal, and pricing teams.
Mr. Boegler joined Millennium Engineering and Integration (MEI) in 2019, which was then acquired by and merged into QuantiTech, and rebranded as Axient. He led Axient’s National Security & Space Systems Segment as Vice President of Growth. He came to Axient from Aleut Management Services as Director of Business Development Strategic Initiatives. Mr. Boegler also served as a Senior Capture Manager for BAE Systems Intelligence & Security Sector responsible for long-term positioning and capture execution for strategic opportunities totaling over $1 billion supporting and sustaining C4ISR assets for the defense and federal government. He also served as the Business Development Operations Manager responsible for the overall infrastructure and support systems that enabled BAE Systems Support Solutions to win new business and prosecute business opportunities effectively.

Mr. Boegler previously served as the Chief of Staff for the $4 Billion BAE Systems Customer Solutions Operating Group providing strategic leadership and direction for the Office of the President. Prior to BAE, he worked for Congresswoman Kay Granger (R-TX12) as a Legislative & Press Assistant. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Texas Lutheran University and a Masters Degree in Industrial Sales & Marketing from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.
