Axient Acquires Middle Bay Solutions LLC

Axient has acquired the assets of Middle Bay Solutions LLC, which specializes in delivery areas such as Engineering Services, Information Technology, Rapid Prototyping, and Logistics Support. The assets include the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract, a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) performance-based services contract providing solutions to customers with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements. The RS3 Contract has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3 service areas include, but are not limited to: Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services. Axient is excited to bid on RS3 efforts under our subsidiary, Middle Bay Solutions LLC.
