Axient Superhero Goes "Over the Edge" for Kids to Love
Talk about a leap of faith! Over the weekend, Axient’s very own Linda Carter rappelled down the Regions Center in downtown Huntsville for a great cause: Over the Edge with the Kids to Love Foundation, which helps support thousands of children living in foster care each year. We’re incredibly proud to have such compassionate and fearless individuals on our team, making a difference in our community.Linda said, “What an incredible event. The rain almost slowed us down, but the support teams were amazing! I wore the cape proudly. The Song I rappelled to was “Stronger” by Kelly Clarkson. I felt it embodied the spirit of encouragement and inspiration that was prevalent during this event. In spite of the rain, the participants went over the edge one by one and the safety crews manning the ropes were incredible. Entire families rappelled together! Made my heart happy to see the community support such a phenomenal fundraiser for Kids to Love.”
