Millennium Engineering and Integration Services
Established in 2013, Millennium Engineering and Integration Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axient, has successfully and repeatedly partnered with NASA and commercial customers to deliver programmatic and engineering expertise on highly complex airborne, ground, and space programs, including research laboratories, aeronautical facilities, spacecraft and payloads, mission operations centers, the International Space Station, ground systems, and more. MEIS delivers full mission lifecycle expertise from Phase A to E and new technologies for small satellites, cradle to grave operations for small to mid-size space flight missions, instrument development and critical NASA engineering facility modernization. MEIS is a trusted partner and solutions provider to our customers solving engineering challenges with groundbreaking solutions.
Dynamic Concepts, LLC
Founded in 1996, Dynamic Concepts, LLC (DCI) provides engineering and software services to the aerospace industry. DCI has worked on structural dynamics analysis, guidance, navigation & control, system integration lab, and the universal stage adaptor in the development of the Space Launch System (SLS) and provides expertise for spacecraft docking and berthing mechanisms for the International Space Station. DCI’s high-end expertise delivers a variety of aerospace products for NASA, DoD, and commercial partners.
Systems Engineering Group, Inc.
Founded in 1991, and headquartered in Columbia, MD, Systems Engineering Group, Inc. (SEG) maintains a 40,000 square foot facility with internal and external networked processing capabilities with our government customers. SEG is a highly regarded and experienced provider of IAMD threat engineering simulations and scene generation for ballistic, non-ballistic, and air breathing threats. SEG’s modern facilities and diverse communication capabilities allow for full support to our government customers and partners. A leading provider of combat, radar and missile systems engineering and analysis, SEG is a key source of systems engineering expertise for U.S. integrated air and missile defense initiatives. SEG’s core capabilities are threat system engineering, air and missile defense, scene generation (LVC), and software engineering and development.
Middle Bay Solutions
Incorporated in 2013, Middle Bay Solutions is a Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) awardee, delivering Engineering Services, Information Technology, Rapid Prototyping, and Logistics Services to Defense and Space customers. RS3 is a multi-award IDIQ that provides best value solutions to customers that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements. The RS3 contract has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3’s primary service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.
