Learn MoreCQ JV is pleased to announce the award of two multi-year contracts totaling $413,826,325 under the Technical and Management Advisory Services (TMAS) 2 Task Orders (TO) to provide advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to the United States Air Force (AF) Air Force Test Center (AFTC).

The 96th Test Wing (96TW) is the test and evaluation center for AF air-delivered weapons, navigation and guidance systems, command and control systems, and AF Special Operations Command systems. The 96TW TO will provide A&AS for expert evaluation and validation of the performance of systems throughout the design, development, acquisition, and sustainment process to ensure the warfighter has technologically superior, reliable, maintainable, sustainable, and safe systems. Work will be primarily performed at Eglin AF Base (AFB), FL, with support required at Davis-Monthan, AZ, Hurlburt Field, FL, Duke Field, FL, Nellis AFB, NV, and Tinker AFB, OK. The TO is worth $214 million over five years.
The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) operates and conducts developmental testing and evaluation on almost 70 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, and ballistic ranges. The AEDC TO will provide A&AS to fully support aerospace research, development, test and evaluation activities at the AFTC. Work will be primarily performed at Arnold AFB, TN, as well as other AF installations and original equipment manufacturer facilities. The TO is worth $200 million over five years.

About the SBA ASMPP: The SBA ASMPP encourages the development of strong protégé firms through mentor-provided business development assistance, and to help them successfully compete for government contracts. Protégés in the ASMPP are eligible to form a JV with an SBA approved Mentor. The JV may compete for Federal contracts and subcontracts based on size and socioeconomic status regardless of the Mentor’s size.
