Axient Joint Venture Wins NASA MSFC METTS III Contract

Axient LLC’s joint venture with Radial Solutions Inc (RSi) (RSi-QuantiTech JV LLC) was awarded Marshall Engineering Technicians and Trades Support (METTS) III, a performance-based, cost-plus-award-fee contract, with potential mission services value of $76.6 million and a maximum potential indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity value of $196.8 million.

This NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) contract provides a wide range of engineering technicians and trade services, as well as professional and management oversight of the technical staff at NASA MSFC in Huntsville, Alabama, Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, Louisiana in the Engineering Directorate (ED), the Facilities Management Office (FMO), and in other MSFC programs and projects requiring engineering technician and trade services.

The team led by RSi and Axient consists of NASA test, evaluation, and engineering companies ready to bring best practices to position MSFC to advance its capabilities as a world-class provider in the areas of metrology and calibration services, fabrication services, propulsion testing, structural strength and dynamics testing, environmental testing, materials and processes, propellants and pressurants, valves and components, and related technical competencies required in the execution of METTS III.
